For the first time in history, the CBSE is going to declare the result without holding any exam. That is why the result is highly awaited by the students and their parents. Due to an increase in the cases of COVID- 19 at the time of exams were scheduled, this year, all the national and state-level board exams had to cancel including CBSE.
CBSE board has formulated an alternative marking scheme to save the students from the COVID-19 virus. CBSE and other boards want to keep students healthy before anything else. CBSE has given the authority to the schools where students had enrolled themselves the first time. The school will now assess the marks of the students in a new format. To calculate the results of the students, CBSE has decided to take the result of the previous board examination into account. The previous board exam can be any state board or other board. Schools had received instructions from the CBSE about this policy.
Class 10th CBSE Result 2021 – date and time
CBSE has not released any confirmation about the date and time of CBSE board result 2021 till now, however, we are going to tell you the expected date and time of the result.
Date of the result – 3rd August 12 PM
Time of the result – 10th Result 2021

Earlier it was announced that the CBSE 10th class result will be announced on 20th July but the it was expected that the result will be declared by the end of the July i.e. by 31st July 2021. CBSE again made changes and now the result will be released on 2nd August 2021.
As per the CBSE spokesperson, earlier the board had decided that they will declare the result by 20-07-2021 but now the students had to wait for a log as they had postponed the result and the chances are that the result of 10th class CBSE will declare by 2nd August 2021. He also said that the time and the date has not been decided yet but they will going to confirm it soon.
Students can keep in mind that once the result will be out, they can check it on the official website of CBSE i.e. https://cbseresults.nic.in/. To check the details of result of 10the CBSE, students must have their roll number, school number, centre number and admit card ID with them. There are various online modes such as IVS, SMS, DigiLocker and Umang App. DigiLocker where students can check their result.

Marking Scheme for class 10th result
Due to the cancellation of CBSE class 10th board exam this year, CBSE has adopted a policy for the result of 10th class complication. Every year CBSE conducts the board exam for 10th class in the month of March where theoretical exam is for 80 marks whereas 20 marks are fixed for internal assessment.
According to the CBSE evaluation criteria, these 80 marks of theory are given to the students. However, for the session 2020-2021, a student’s performance in previous exam will be considered while awarding marks.
