As per the notification CLAT Apply online 2022 process will commence from 1st January 2022. Applications from eligible candidates will be accepted till 31st March 2022. Candidates who are eligible to appear for CLAT exam can apply at consortiumofnuls.ac.in. Once application will started, the application window will remain open till March 31, 2022.
So all candidates advised to stay online and read complete information booklet carefully. Recently, the relevant department make significant changes in the mode of exam. Now NLU (National Law University) will conduct law entrance exam in May and December month. Application fee, Counselling fee, mode of examination will also change.

About Consortium of NLU’s – Dear candidates, if you don’t know The Consortium of NLU (National Law University was established in 2017. The prime benefits of consortium of NLU is improving the standard of legal education in the country and justice system.
National Law Universities is going to conduct Law Admission Test on 08 May 2022. You can get all details about CLAT Form 2022. After that, seat will allotted to the eligible candidates on the basis of marks obtained by him/her.

UG CLAT Eligibility criteria –
No upper age limit for UG Programme in CLAT
Min percentage of marks (10+2 or an equivalent exam) – 45% marks or equivalent grade for candidates belonging to General/PwD/OBC/NRI/PIO/OCI categories. 40% marks for candidates belonging to SC/ST candidates.
Candidates who are appearing in the qualifying exam in March/April 2022 are also eligible to appear in Common Law Entrance Test. Those candidates need to be required to produce evidence of passing in the qualifying exam during admission.
Tie-breaker rule – Higher marks in the component/section on legal aptitude in the CLAT exam. Higher age, Computerised draw of lots.

CLAT Apply Online 2022
Exam Scheme – To evaluate the comprehension and reasoning skills and abilities of candidates. UG-CLAT shall be a 2 hour test with 150 multiple choice questions carry 1 mark each. Total 150 marks and 0.25 marks for every wrong answer. Questions from English language, Current affairs including General Knowledge, Leagal Reasoning, Quantitative Techniques.
PG Eligibility –
An LL.B Degree or an equivalent exam with a min of 50% of marks or its equivalent grade in case of candidates belonging to General/OBC/PwD/OCI/PIO/NRI categories. 45% marks or its equivalent grade in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST categories.
Aspirants appearing in the qualifying exam in April/May 2021 also eligible to apply. NO upper age limit is prescribed to take participate in CLAT 2022.
Tie breaker rule – Higher age, Computerised draw of lots.
Syllabus and scheme – First section include 120 objective type questions and each carry 1 mark. Negative marking also applicable – 0.25 mark for every wrong answer.

CLAT Online Registration 2022
Consortium of National Law Universities CLAT 2022 registration process will commence from 01 January 2022 and application link will be active till 31 March 2022. Follow simple procedure to apply online for Law Admission Test.
- Candidates need to visit the official portal of CLAT i.e consortiumofnlus.ac.in
- Relevant homepage will open in new tab, click on registration link, enter mobile number and password.
- Now login with your credentials and enter the necessary details in application form
- Upload the scan documents images as per size and format prescribed by the authority.
- After that candidates need to pay application fee via debit card/credit card or net banking.
- Click on submit button, once done.
- Download dully filled application form and take printout of the same for further need.
As we know Common Entrance Test is national level entrance test to conduct for admission to UG (Undergraduate) and PG (Postgraduate) courses offered by 22 NLUs in India. It organized by the Consortium of National Law Universities (NLU). Registration link shall available from 01 Jan 2022 and will be closed on 31/03/2022.
