The Common University Entrance Test, also known as the CUET 2022 exam, which was supposed to take place on August 4 has been moved to a later date at a number of test centres located in 17 different cities for administrative and technological reasons. The notification that the CUET exam cancelled has been postponed and will now be held between August 12 and 14 was published on the official website of the National Testing Agency (NTA), which is nta.ac.in. The announcement was made by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
CUET Exam Cancelled 2022
The second phase of the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) for Undergraduates got off to a rocky start on Thursday due to a number of technical glitches and administrative issues. As a result, the National Testing Agency (NTA) was forced to cancel the second shift exam across all 489 centres and postpone the first shift at some locations in 17 states.
According to Sadhana Parashar, Senior Director of the National Testing Agency, “due to various administrative and technological reasons, the CUET (UG)2022 planned for August 4 (first shift) has been postponed to August 12 for a few examination centres in 17 states” (NTA).
Candidates are need to visit the official website regularly for updates in order to stay informed about the release of the CUET 2022 Admit card for the tests that were previously postponed. According to the official announcement, “the CUET (UG) – 2022 examination that was planned to take place on August 4 (first shift) has been postponed to 12 August 2022 for a select number of examination Centres.” This change was made because of “various administrative and technological reasons.”
CUET New Exam Dates 2022
The Common University Entrance Test for Undergraduates (CUET UG) 2022 had its second shift cancelled today by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The organisation in charge of administering the examination advised the centres that “technical challenges prevented them from gaining access to the question papers.” The students who attend the second shift will have their test between the dates of August 12 and 14.
The admit cards for phase II students were made available for download on August 2, and students may access this feature on the official website (cuet.samarth.ac.in) by signing in using the credentials they used to enrol for the course. Students who will need to retake the CUET may use these admission cards to gain entry into the testing facility.
CUET Admit Card Details 2022
“The candidates who had their test postponed will be able to use the same admit card when they show up for the new date. In the event that the dates of August 12-14, 2022 do not work for the applicants, they have the option of sending an email to [email protected] in which they provide their chosen date and roll number “— I quote her. The Central University Entrance Test for Undergraduates (CUET(UG)) – 2022 is being administered by the National Testing Agency (NTA) between the dates of July 15 and August 20 (with the exception of days on which other undergraduate examinations are being held and days on which schools are closed due to official holidays) at 489 centres located in approximately 259 cities across India and nine cities outside of India.
The NTA also decided to postpone both shifts of the CUET-UG in Kerala because of the torrential rains that have been falling in the state. The NTA said that new dates for the examinations would be given at a later time. It must have been a terrifying experience for the students who made the trip to the exam centres just to find out that their test had been postponed or cancelled.
CUET Exam Cancelled Updates 2022
The first part of the CUET test was perceived by the students to be simple and straightforward. Candidates regarded the English portion of the test to be basic, and despite the fact that the mathematics portion was quite long, they found it to be straightforward as well. The History exam featured questions that tested students’ knowledge of the factors that led to certain events and asked them to name persons who were engaged in significant events. Students were required to respond to questions based on texts that were provided in the sociology assignment.
It is anticipated that around 6,80,000 individuals will participate in the CUET phase 2 examination. The CUET 2022 phase 2 test has been extended till the 20th of August. The CUET 2022 will consist of three sections: section I (A & B), section II, and section III. Section I will test languages, section II will test domain-specific topics, and section III will test general knowledge.
