All those employees who are going to join NCDC, I want to tell you one thing. Join this organization if and only if you do not want to stay in this organization throughout your life because once you join NCDC they will not allow you apply for any other govt jobs, not even SSC and DSSSB. They din not issue NOCs to their employees. The management is not at all employee centric. There is a lot to share but if your really want to jin this organization I request you to first talk to those employees who have joined in last 2-3 years.
