NEET Cut off 2021 by NTA

In addition to showing the number of qualified candidates as per their categories, the NEET Cutoff 2021 will be displayed in the form of a range of marks. Students’ performance and the difficulty level of the test determine the NEET Cutoff. The NEET 2021 Cutoff may differ from previous years’ trends, thus being quite substantial.

NEET Cutoff Marks 2021: A Look At The Parameters

Here is a summary of the different parameters used to determine the NEET cutoff 2021:

  • In the NEET 2021, the following number of candidates appeared:
  • The difficulty level of the test
  • The total number of seats at participating colleges

State vs. All India Cutoff: NEET Cutoff Marks (15%)

Under the 85% state quota and the 15% all India quota, seats are allocated based on the NEET cut-off 2021. Almost 12000 MBBS and BDS seats in Government Medical and Dental colleges in India will be filled from the All-India rank list based on NEET cut-off points.

State quota seats will be determined by the admissions authority based on the NEET cut-off score. Furthermore, the NEET score is the basis for admission to most deemed private and central universities for MBBS and BDS programs.

There will not be any separate entrance exams for this year’s AIIMS and two JIPMERs, which will be part of NEET counseling.

Percentile of NEETs – How To Calculate?

A percentage represents a candidate’s relative performance among the entire group of test-takers. In other words, NEET’s cutoff percentile will be calculated using the topper’s marks rather than the candidate’s marks. Several factors such as test-takers and difficulty levels, and seats available for admission will be considered when determining cutoff scores.

NEET Counselling 2021

Once the NEET 2021 medical entrance exam has been completed, NTA will publish the NEET 2021 merit list.

NEET qualified candidates are listed in increasing order by their NEET rank on the merit list. After releasing the merit list, DGHS holds the NEET 2021 counseling for 15% of seats in central universities for all Indian (AIQ) medical students.

NEET state counseling must fill the 85 % state quota seats based on the NEET rank for 2021. State-wise, merit lists for NEET 2021 will be released by each state according to its NEET cutoff scores. Candidates qualified for state counseling may also apply for private medical college admission through state counseling.

  1. Neet cut off should be low from 130-500 bcoz of the rajasthan paper leak and slover gang they should not be allowed for this cut off except these two cases all states should have this much cut off..why we all will suffer for this

  2. This reservation system kills so many bright students and their future….pls save children’s by giving equal chances to all..so much differences in cut off marks of reservation students and general students…pls don’t do this

    • Reservation is for the backward group of the system, and nowadays it ain’t giving any bigger benefit .compared to the last few years people are now very well introduced to the elite coaching system and thus the cut off for the Reservation is almost equivalent with others .

      • LOL see haryana agriculture University cutoff last year general 86 SC 68 in UPSC too genral category will not get anything in 300 rank while a OBC with this rank can easily become IAS or if not IAS definitely IPS or IFS in CAT exam genral guy may not get anything even after 99 percentile while SC can easily get with 85 percentile so please stop jocking that general category cut off is equal to SC ST . OBC still have a competitive cutoff generally 5 to 10 marks less but SC ST need to study very less there diff is usually 15 to 30 marks

        • So called Brahmin and upper caste people never allowed lower caste people to study books and they were prevented to touch study materials forcefully for last 10 centuries as a results they have remain oppressed and deprived for Knowledge in last 1000 years. They were untouchables, powerless knowledge-less depressed oppressed and so on …. They remained unlearned for 1000 or Even many more years. Now, suddenly after independence, how will these people be able to come up to the level of students of upper caste in last 70 years. Is not possible ? No….Therefore as per constitutions certain reservations have been made and this will continue for few more decades. Till then you should not have hate feeling attitudes for such reservation systems. And more important less than 5% of total population (upper caste) gets 50% of seats… is not it reservation in some way? only 15% of population gets 15% seats. Is not it justified. ….So friends go back to the history and stop having ill feeling towards reservation…. things will be corrected at a fraction of time taken which kept these people off the knowledge for centuries…..

In India each and every one having reservation , where is the question of giving equal chances ?. Cut off marks lower in some categories due to the less representation in candidature of the particular exam / job , since they are not able to get proper education due to disparity in the Indian Evil social system . In recent EWS 10 % reservation again another mockery played by so called forward people . The below poverty income defined by various committees in India Rs 37 / Day . But the persons income of Rs 60,000/ month is become poor as defined for EWS ( 10 % ) , How ??? . Majority of Indian Population lives in the villages and their monthly income is less than Rs 1000 per month . How this EWS ( 10 % ) justified who constitutes only less than 5 % of Indian Population. In Recent report published by Ministry shows , in Govt of India , Secretary / Under Secretary / Additional Secretary level positions – NO SINGLE persons from OBC /SC/ST communities . In what way other communities are they are not represented in this cadre . No one is Intelligent out of 115 Cr . This clearly shows the how the disparity . By Birth no one superior than other . As expressed by MKD, people look back the history of 1000 years . One of the comments in the columns i read that , the reserved category person / Doctor will be less efficient. That means , the persons comes through 10 % EWS also less efficient / no meritorious. What happens to the merit ? the people so far talking .

Indian Railway have recently studied the efficiency of the Officers who are all occupying decision making positions from the reserved categories . The study reveled that this officers are very honest and efficient when compared to the general category officers . Un fortunately , that report was not published

          • Yesterday , then Honorable Supreme Court asked Got that what is the rationale behind 10 % EWS Quota , whether it is fixed based on any scientific Data . etc.

        • You a blessed general category…study hard get 90 percent.. these reserved guys have nobody…. Friends nor access to tutions….god bless you and your family

Aur mai bolta hu ki reservation is state sponsored systematic discrimination done to hide the state’s incompetency to provide equal opportunities to the downtrodden. It should not be the burden of 18 year old kids to atone for the wrongs their ancestors committed at the expense of their dreams and future. Ab batao. Mera bhi opinion invalid hai? Mere to acche number aane hain.

from day one if they were having the facilities as urs, then dont you think they could also get the same.. consider yourself , you are not able to compete with the same league of people having the same facilities from day one.

Remaining 50+% for the 30% upper class population. It means upper caste gets double chance to success in NEET.

      • Total reservation I S60 percent in india also general category seats means unreserved meaning OBC SC ST all can take seat of general category just if they clear city off many seats are taken by OBC SC ST in UPSC out of 72 seats of general category about 20 seats are taken by OBC SC ST so real reservation for OBC is 67 percent for SCST it 63 and for EWS it is 50 percent genreal seats can be taken by anyone that’s why they are called unreserved so check your facts first

      • Are gadhe. 50% reservation ka matlab ye nahi ki sc/st ko baki 50% seats me compete karne ka right nahi hai. Unko 50% reservation dene ka matlab hai ki general category baki 50% me compete karega aur sc/st pure 100% me with 50% guaranteed seats. Ab batao kiska double chances hai

Because of this reservation Brighter students are forced to do BSC or any Other Diploma courses. And who don’t deserve and NOT capable of doing MBBS get the seat and clear the course in minimum10 years.
If this reservation is cancelled then our politician, cricketer, other sportsman and reach people can do treatment in government hospital.
Every one wants job in government hospital, and government school but no one wants to take treatment their and no one wants to send their children in government school because of reservation staff and uncapable student of less marks

A student with 217 marks gets admission for BDS must because they’reSC/ST and a student with 400 marks coming from a general caste family is rejected saying that marks are too less!!
Why is there such competition for castes rather than marks!!!??????

    • If you think reservation gives less preference to high marks scorers then you have compete only with private collages, there they reservation students are not going to apply. You can compete with your category. But this is for government school students and they competed with government collages. They come to serve for the villages, not for corporates and to fly abroad to live lux.

If this exists bright students if from general can’t come forward in their life!!!!! and clearly our constituition states equality in everything but it’s not here.As you can see India suffered heavily during COVID due to its problem with the hospitals and doctors;one more reason why this caste basis should not exist. And people say that it is only 20 -30%;imagine those 20-30% students are going in a more easier way than the general. That is why in India we have so bad job opportunities and don’t have proper dams and roads, houses,a proper sewage treatment at the least
