    • Perfect example for size doesnt matter. Quality does. I live in Australia and i have seen the facilities they have here for the kids to train. India is no where close to that. Australia is such a small country interms of population and its a big deal to compete other massive teams and still be in the top 5 medals tally.

    • Simple…there is no proper facilities and ..do you think how many parents will allow ther child to take part in sports activity. Inda is still developing country Because many people are still in ancient level of thinking.mostly about girl related, and they think only book make there like easy. I only regret here for this type of undeveloped thinkings. Since I am also a victim of parents sentimental war. I once said”one without dream is like dead”.. now I am a walking dead person….now I don’t have any dream….just a programmer machine.even if I am ready to fight for it..time has defeated me…๐Ÿ™ƒ

  4. It’s unfortunate that athletes like hima Das and gymnast like Deepa Karmakar are injured otherwise we would have won couple of more medals. There is lot of talent available in India only thing is is the identification of such talented people and providing good training facilities and exposure to them at the international level
